Information You Share Through Our Forms
When you submit a request through this website — such as a pool inspection request or a Private Client Access application — the information you enter is sent to our customer relationship management (CRM) system so we can respond to your inquiry. This may include:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Property address and pool details (pool type, equipment, water features, attached spa)
- Your role (buyer, seller, owner) and any preferred date or deadline
- Notes or messages you choose to include
We use this information to review your request, confirm availability, and respond to you. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and this website is not intended for use by minors.
Service Providers
We use a third-party CRM provider to receive and manage inquiry submissions. That provider processes the form data on our behalf to help us respond to your request.
Analytics and Advertising
This website loads Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tags. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies to collect usage and device information — such as which pages were visited, how visitors reached the site, browser and device type, an approximate geographic region derived from IP address, and cookie identifiers — to help us understand how the site is used. This information is subject to the applicable provider’s own policies.
Cookies and Browser Controls
Some features of this site rely on cookies or local storage in your browser. You can control or delete cookies through your browser’s settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of this website function.
